Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS.  RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 30 BUSINESS DAYS. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@baussiluxurybrand.com. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable! The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning item(s)!  

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We also reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements.

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed.  A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a virtual gift card sent via email. 

***Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items or gift cards.***

Your store credit will be issued upon the return and processing of your item within 5 business days of receipt and inspection of your return.  We are not responsible if your order is lost in transit, if you provide an incorrect address, or unclaimed/refused packages. Please track your package using the tracking number.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item or size so that we can evaluate the issue.
